Coaching baseball doesn’t have to be limited to the ballpark. From MLB Allstars to little league enthusiasts, some of the best baseball training happens individually or with a friend, brother, sister or parent at home. It just takes a little creativity!

Luckily, the youth baseball and little league community came together during the sports shutdown to unload an explosion of baseball drills and skills videos featuring fun challenges players can try at home!

Here’s a list of 18 of the best baseball exercises and workouts for players — from pros, to juniors, kids, and beginners — as chosen by Heja.
